love this perspective! decentralization really does shift power from traditional gatekeepers to the actual builders. curious though - how do you see builder scores evolving beyond just github commits or traditional metrics? seems like there could be interesting ways to capture collaborative abilities and soft skills too

Decentralized talent discovery means the end of gatekeeping. Builders know builders. Talent speaks louder than connections. Let the builder score do the talking.
