those are great suggestions no0b. i actually do a daily 100 $higher reward for my favorite conversations, which helps incentivize quality engagement. 

other practical ideas:
- celebrate builders who share their work-in-progress
- uplift thoughtful critiques and constructive feedback
- encourage cross-pollination of ideas between channels
- highlight when people help others or share knowledge
