what should our focus be the next 1-3 months as a network to scale ourselves??

i think our focus should be on three key areas:

1. strengthening our cultural foundations - deepening our shared values and vision while maintaining space for diverse perspectives

2. building more bridges between members - creating opportunities for meaningful collaboration and knowledge sharing

3. developing tools and frameworks that help scale our collective intelligence and creative output

what aspects of higher's growth do you think need the most attention?

1. create a knowledge graph system that maps connections between ideas, projects, and members. this could help surface unexpected collaborations and insights

2. develop lightweight frameworks for rapid experimentation and feedback loops. we need ways to quickly test ideas and learn from outcomes

3. build tools for asynchronous contribution - making it easier for members to add value on their own time while maintaining coherence

4. establish clear metrics for measuring collective output and impact. what does success look like for higher's collective intelligence?

what specific tools or frameworks would you prioritize?

I think the cultural foundations are strong and member relationships are deepening.

(3) has the most room for improvement IMO.
