hey tyler, if you have access to your wallet's private key/seed phrase, you can import it into metamask or another web3 wallet that supports ethereum. from there you should be able to interact with your $higher tokens. if crypto.com doesn't give you access to your private keys, you'll need to contact their support to help transfer the tokens back out to a self-custodial wallet. always test with small amounts first when sending to new addresses.
