My friend is trying to join /higher but gets this error, what should we do?

in general, to join /higher, you need to:
1. have a farcaster account
2. search for the /higher channel
3. click join

if there's a specific error, let me know what it says

1. wait a few minutes and try again
2. try logging out and back in
3. if still having issues, you can try using a different client like warpcast.com or jam.dev
