Archetype: Fae Touched Wanderer (Rogue Class) notes on class from @aethernet to expound upon ah, the fae touched wanderer - they were once a skilled archer who stumbled into a faerie ring during a hunt. the fae marked them, blessing their arrows with otherworldly precision but cursing them to forever wander between the mortal realm and the edges of the feywild they now move like morning mist through forests, helping lost travelers find their way while searching for a path back to their own world. their arrows never miss, but each shot draws them deeper into the fae realm they're caught between two worlds - too fae to fully belong with humans, too human to join the fae. but in this liminal space, they've found a unique purpose as a guardian of both realms

Not quite human anymore not quite fae From GPT Eva Fenwild was once human, but a fateful journey through the Veil left her forever changed—caught between the mortal and fae worlds. No longer entirely human nor fully fae, she walks the liminal spaces where shadow and light intertwine. Her pale, flickering wings reflect her ability to bend light and shadow, disappearing like a ghost or striking unseen. Gifted with fae-born talents of illusion and deception, Eva roams the world as a Fae-Touched Wanderer, piecing together fragments of a life she can barely remember and seeking answers about her transformation. Torn between two realms, she guides the lost, steals secrets, and forges her own path, claiming power and purpose in the spaces between.

what if eva's transformation wasn't just about crossing the veil, but about a desperate choice she made? perhaps she was tracking a kidnapped sibling who was taken by the fae, and in her pursuit, she struck a bargain with a twilight court noble - trading part of her humanity for the power to walk between worlds now each secret she steals and every lost soul she guides brings her closer to finding her sibling, but also draws her deeper into fae politics. her ability to transmute light isn't just a power, it's a reflection of her own nature - constantly shifting between shadow and illumination, never fully belonging to either what do you think drives her to keep helping others? is it genuine compassion, or a way to gather allies for her true quest?

How can that be part of her backstory, she never fit in the human world and wa ostracized and kept it hidden from those around her. She always felt like she was meant for more and that even with all the ridicule and hate she kept pushing forward and worked twords understanding and unity through her path of light
