The refund of 142k BTC - valued at $8.6B at the current price - to the victims of Mt. Gox will begin next week.

Be aware that the victims have been already be able to sell these BTC over-the-counter for several years.

However, if I were to provide some information that will be included in the upcoming report, I would mention the daily outflow of 5B from exchanges starting from March 2024, which caused the price to drop from the ATH of 73k to 56k despite the massive inflows from ETFs serving partly as exit liquidity.
