But I see from other replies it's tied to engagement so that would answer it. I haven't been very active last two months.

I've only been getting more active since last week.

Increase reach, post something unique,  grab attention,  make 'em fall

Pretty sure it's based on engagement to your posts more than anything else. Which makes it kind of challenging in the beginning, as without many followers, not many people will likely see your casts. 

But, if you keep at it and are genuine in responses to people, over time, you'll get more engagement.
