In a research note on January 23, analysts at QCP Capital predicted that the cryptocurrency market will remain in its current price range until the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting next week.

This prediction comes despite the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announcing the formation of a cryptocurrency oversight task force, which has been on a downward trend.
