Gn fam♥️🫣 Research increasingly suggests that being a morning person or a night owl may be deeply rooted in genetics. If this idea is fully accepted, it means acknowledging that billions of people, simply due to genetic differences, are forced to conform to a societal structure designed around early rising. Historically, humans had varied sleep patterns, with some staying awake at night to protect their communities from dangers or to hunt. These evolutionary differences in sleep schedules may still persist in modern humans, yet society often disregards them, favoring one pattern over others. This creates a system where many are unfairly disadvantaged 📷 By Me
