Too much complaining can worsen your mood, make you feel helpless, and lead to a negative outlook on life.

Remember, Jeff Bezos stated further that,

What we need to do is always lean into the future; when the world changes around you and when it changes against you - what used to be a tail wind is now a head wind - you have to lean into that and figure out what to do because complaining isn't a strategy.
 
For me,I will rather make lemonade at every lemon that is thrown at me. Stop complaining, do not let people run away from you or avoid you. You can always make a new start.
