Love that quote from Kobe, it really hits home. There's no shortcut to success, just steady, consistent effort over time. But here's something to think about: how do you find the balance between grinding hard and working smart? I've seen people push for success, but sometimes get burnout What do you say

Hard work is different from working smart. You use all your energy and intellect and all. But when you work smart you delegate the work out to people while you supervised.
