We always hear “time is money,” and while I agree with that, sometimes it’s just as important to unwind. What you do with your downtime can fuel what you do the rest of the time. For me, spending time outdoors is key—even though I work a remote job that’s 100% online. Those short solo trips around the block or to the park really recharge my energy and focus. It’s also where some of my best ideas come to life (I think, anyway 😂). What about you? How do you recharge after a long day?

Time is a money paragraph that highlights the direct proportionality between time and money. It means if you waste or lose time, you will sooner or later lose money. Yes, it's true but in all ones doing, wisdom is profitable. I usually go gyming,in the evening, leave my phone in my bag, there I meet people, it's not for health benefits alone, but I draw inspiration from there while laying my hands on different HIIT or strength training programs. Remember, without time off from work, a person becomes both bored and boring. No matter how time is priceless and precious always take time off to get recharge daily so as to avoid downtime.
