But then you start seeing them up close - their habits, their quirks, maybe even their flaws. And suddenly, it's like the shine wears off. But here's the thing: just because you see someone's human side doesn't make their greatness any less real. Think about it. That CEO you admire might snore in her sleep. That artist whose work moves you to tears might have the worst morning breath. That leader changing lives could be terrible at keeping time.

That mentor you love might be dating four ladies at the same time. That influencer you follow might get cranky when she's hungry. Here's the thing: those amazing people you admire? They're human just like you and me. They breathe, eat, and sleep. Even the most amazing people have their off days, their weaknesses, their not-so-glamorous moments. But that doesn't erase their talents or achievements. The real test is how you handle this knowledge. .Can you see someone at their most ordinary and still respect their extraordinary abilities? Can you see someone at their most human and still respect their genius? That's the challenge. I've seen it happen too many times. Too many of us have messed up good relationships because we got too familiar. We started taking people for granted, forgetting the very qualities that drew us to them in the first place.
