Hi Farcaster friends. Some personal news:

My stepfather is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's and has just been placed in a memory care home. Fortunately he's in good hands and has the support he needs. 

Lots to do IRL, so I may be casting less frequently for awhile. Nonetheless, I'm just as much of a Farcaster maxi as ever and will be here when I can. 

I've made some dear friends here, and I wanted y'all to know why I may be slower than usual (and I'm usually kinda slow anyway... lol) to respond to notifs or DCs. 💜

Thanks Adrienne. Got another round of confirmation today that he is indeed getting good care, so I think we're good for the time being.

Appreciate the self-care reminder too. I'm encouraging my mother to do the same, as she's the one who's been caring for him full-time for years.
