I’m sorry to hear. In my own grieving process I keep finding myself mildly annoyed there are no short cuts. Seems intellect doesn’t help with this, only time 😔

i’ve somewhat recently discovered the thinking about my grief is a procrastination from moving through it to actually process it - for me still easier said than done to feel it vs retreat to my comfort of thinking about the grief - it’s a practice / muscle to work out for sure IMO
