Strongly agree. Even as a non-parent, WFH is ideal for me for a long list of reasons. It can help reduce the impact of things like age discrimination and workplace misogyny, too.

I was researching some labor statistics recently and found this little gem to celebrate. The US recently broke a record for the number of Women 25-54 currently in the workforce. + One of the major contributors is flexibility with WFH.
