Strongly agree. Even as a non-parent, WFH is ideal for me for a long list of reasons.

It can help reduce the impact of things like age discrimination and workplace misogyny, too.

For sure. There are different but related topics. What is most important to optimize for:

- single company profits
- overall GDP 
- species proliferation 
- quality of life for all humans

I was researching some labor statistics recently and found this little gem to celebrate. The US recently broke a record for the number of Women 25-54 currently in the workforce. +
One of the major contributors is flexibility with WFH.
