I wonder if there's a way to organize it so that it's easier to understand the "structure of the network"? What's core and more peripheral? Right now it reads as four equally-distributed nodes, but I feel like as a sponsor I'd want to visualize the flow of movement through a network (and more easily comprehend what's going on). You have the word "flagship" in there, but I wonder if the organization could also help drive this.
