My favorite question I got meeting people at FarCon: What does DevOps have to do with GM Farcaster? I love that I’m known for DevOps and I had a lot of fun answering this question. My gut reaction was to answer “nothing” but after some reflection I came up with some similarities.

A reflection: why does it even matter? Why do I feel it’s important to tie these together, to weave a story about my career path to give it meaning, to use my work as my identity and measure of self worth? Maybe GM Farcaster is just a media company. It doesn’t relate to devops at all. 🤷♀️
