In devops we often use “making work visible” as the first step to solving over worked/under performing teams. Making problems visible is just as important when it comes to social issues. This is a startling graphic.

Worse than Saudi Arabia is quite an achievement, blows my mind it’s been allowed to happen. Am I correct that there are no restrictions to leave the state to get a termination somewhere else ? If yes it overwhelmingly impacts the poor, & I assume why people don’t vote against it as they can ‘work around’ it.

Correct- no restrictions to leave the state and seek care elsewhere. It’s crazy how this happened

I guess to when I say ‘they’ can work around it, I mean those with money who could influence the vote? Bit like I’m shocked you have no paid parental leave but many women prob get it from their companies so don’t seek to change it. ‘You must have your baby but we will not support you in any way!’ 😢
