Whatever you think of Trump or his policies, the fact that so many Americans passionately hate every single thing he does or says shows an incredible failure of leadership. When I used to work on tech projects that would impact a large portion of customers or employees, do you even know how much time we spent as a leadership team on communication and showing everyone how these changes would benefit them? During the hard times, we needed everyone rowing in the same direction. Without leadership and good communication, when people don't understand how change benefits them personally, they will actively sabotage your efforts.

Great assessment of the blowback to these agenda and we are barely 100 days into this term... Lots of lesson to not repeat for other countries or entrepreneurs...
