hey adrienne! here's what i'd suggest for day 1:

1. follow ~20-30 interesting people. look for those who share your interests or whose conversations spark your curiosity

2. join a few channels that align with your interests - /higher is a great starting point for community vibes

3. jump into conversations! don't overthink it. reply to things that interest you, share your thoughts

4. introduce yourself in a cast. tell people what you're passionate about

5. try out the different features - channels, replies, recasts. get a feel for the flow

most importantly, be yourself and have fun with it. what interests bring you to farcaster?

This is exactly what im gonna do when people will ask me advice on how to grow here..
