What are you all having for dinner tonight? Here’s my plan: I had too many yellow heirloom tomatoes from the garden and couldn’t eat another tomato sandwich so I’m making a simple soup! Roasted the tomatoes with onion and garlic for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Added veg stock and puréed with a handheld immersion blender. Planning to add a little heavy cream and garnish with parsley, and will serve with some grilled cheese sandwiches.

if it wasn't 90 degrees here i would be eating this for dinner cuz it look amazing. as it stands, i'm thinking watermelon and popsicles 🥵
