1zpresso grinder filled to the top of the cross bars. No clue how to specify the grind but set for aero press Heat water to 190 F, 30s bloom in Aeropress with fellow prisma (and a paper filter for the fines), stir and add more water. Press. Top up and enjoy

That’s my feelings also. Can hiring a shitty (<1x) engineer slow you down? Absolutely. But to me that’s the beauty of hiring contractors short term. If it’s not working they go.
