Ideally, what percentage of my allowance do you want to go to my stakers? I already sent my percentage to deployer but it’s a secret for now ;) I think my stakers will like it 🍖

In my head 50/50 sound a good middle ground. You deserve to earn and your supporters get something back for the effort they too put in to be present and do some work. Too optimistic?
