I know I ask everyone to share health stories here in /health-hive but i haven’t. So, here goes Just remembering the time grandma had a hip fracture from a fall in her home and was bedridden for 4 whole years she was 92years old then. She’s 104 years old now and can & still moves around with a walker (good genes😌) And thanks to Physical therapy also(i didn’t even know i was gonna be a PT, then) But yeah, grateful for good health.
