Life after death is a concept that says that the essence and identity of a person or his stream of consciousness continues to exist after physical death. According to different views on life after death, the part of a person's existence that remains after death may be a partial element or the whole nature or spiritual part of a person's existence. which it carries and may provide personal identity. Belief in life after death contradicts belief in the end of consciousness after death.
