Since the launch of Ethereum in 2015, it has only outperformed Bitcoin on 15% of trading days, according to data shared by analysts. Glassnodeās lead analyst James Check posted on X, noting that Ether has historically lagged behind the leading cryptocurrency in most market cycles.
