To what extent could Farcaster and Lens (and others) be made to be interoperable?

e.g. Is anyone out there building a web3-social UI and recommendation-algorithm that supports Farcaster + Lens + any-other-networks-with-open-data?

Interested in web3 coordination tools, and making social media less of a cesspool.

Or is there some way to have a bridge that mirrors content between the ecosystems, so that Lens content can be treated as Farcaster content or vice-versa?

The motivation is: I don't want Farcaster competing against both Lens and Twitter, I want Farcaster and Lens joining forces to compete against Twitter.

Right now, anyone who wants to leave Twitter is immediately met with many choices: Mastodon, Farcaster, Lens, etc. It'd be nice if all these Twitter alternatives (or at least the ones whose data is open) were sharing a single network effect.
