I think that’s a very likely outcome! I keep thinking about ways blockchain can improve experiences for the masses, and it always come back to improving current applications in my mind.

Very good points! I partly think blockchain becomes more like using Docker, where it’s just a technology used in apps. We stop worrying so much about onboarding into Web3 and more about how we utilize Web3 to build better experiences.

I asked my wife, who’s not technical, if she had to pay for every post to social media, would she? She said no, I said what if you owned it, and not Facebook, and she said yeah I think I would pay. She said she uses it more like a memory book.

I showed my son Windows 3.1 and he asked why would anyone ever use that! I then told him 30 years from now imagine what Windows will look like, which got me to thinking. I wonder if Windows will still be dominant 30 years from now.

Definitely understand that, I think that particular issue is so rooted in issues with market makers to impose such a large capital requirement on exchanges for the volatility of GME. As painful as it was I think they just didn’t have the capital to meet those absurd demands
