A progressive web app PWA Safe can go directly to users, no intermediary app stores with arbitrary rules. Safe is beginning to generate revenue which they can fully retain with a PWA whereas they'll need to pay the 30% app store tax in the future. [2]

A progressive web app PWA is also better for users around the world who do not all have access to the App and Play stores.
