Currently on the train heading into office

Some quick observations for all those who commute using train, bus, etc, take a look at everyone's facial expressions. They all stare blankly at their phones, no emotion behind, no signs of happiness

Do you think staying in this state can really be healthy?

I've been a commuter almost most of my life. I know how they feel, we always choose not to think much and try to relax our mind to avoid thinking that we wasted another few hours of just sitting or not doing anything productive.
