Gates tells me "social networking, even more than video gaming, can absorb your time and make you worry about other people approving you" so we have to be "very careful how it gets used".

That's so true! Social media can easily become overwhelming if we're not mindful of how we use it. Balancing our time online with other activities can make a big difference in maintaining our well-being.
