Farcaster feels like a little machine right now. Not a fully autonomous gigafactory yet, but maybe a mechanical grain reaper? There’s enough mechanical advantage to streamline the harvest for sure, even if the energy is still a bit Industrial Revolution-y 🥲

Biggest visible metric is content velocity - that’s obviously up But my general diagnosis is more nuanced in that I think there’s a lot more “cast attempts” happening than a few months ago. Highlights is still the kingmaker in terms of engagement (and is obv dominated by creator brands people like) - but…

The fact that people are attempting to engage as opposed to cozy casting or in public friend group chats (which is how I view early farcaster content) feels like maybe the start of the shift/maturation of the content/performance media network. Not anywhere close to mature, but simple machines doing useful work 🫡

Ideally? For warpcast, it’s an ETH centric crypto Twitter with pockets of enagaged communities in channels. Enough users to build a new app on top of (probably 10-20K engaged DAU)
