Yes, you can still use warpcast.com without logging in or installing anything. You'll be able to scroll the home feed, as well as search casts, channels and users. It will look like this:

Is there a fundamental reason for why login from web browser wouldn’t work (without aid from a mobile)? Or it just hasn’t been implemented yet?
