Genuinely curious to hear this conversation, but my first reaction to answer this question was: "Be a senior dev/PM/marketer and you'll have no shortage of places wanting you. Every other skill is a distant second & no web3 company cares about anything else. Key word is "senior" & most Web3 job postings reflect this."
