I have to imagine that due to some convoluted, bureaucratic structure they have over there, simple changes are unnecessarily difficult to implement.
As such, glaring issues such as this will continue to persist

The worst part is they all are forced to use it to do work and yet it still manages to be hot garbage. For years.
