No shade on Base, but a commercial that shows people using crypto in every day use cases & isn’t bogged down in metaphors is what will lead to major adoption. 

Just use @aneri’s cast as a blueprint & show how you can get around CC fees. No vendor isn’t going to pay attention after you highlight that fact

The commercial is great, but it feels like its made for people like us. I'm thinking about the vendors who could benefit from the tech without having a deep understanding of it or the culture. Right now theres still a big chasm between the two. I want to help people make the connection with everyday use cases

Again, no shade on the Base commercial. It just comes across like its made for those who get it already. 
Good storytelling is absolutely key, but the underlying goal to get uninitiated users to adopt lays in connecting it to real world use cases, not metaphors.
