I am not really into the sports games, because nowadays there are so many more cool mechanics and out there - and, frankly, better designed games than, say, football haha šŸ˜… I use games with short cycles to wind down *during* a busy day: 30-60 minutes of playing during the daily low-productivity hours

Hades is the new one I am into. Beffore that was the Crypt of the Necrrodancer - a rhythm game - and Metal: Hellsinger - another rhythm game, a shooter, with dope metal songs. Good for replenishing energy! I can imagine, sport games may serve similar purpuse? :)

Thats true a lot of I see a lot of pvp and adventure games on other social media and youtube. Thats a good relaxation actually keep you out IRL and just enjoy your time. I wish I have that time since I am busy all day working and taking care of my son. And before bed time I usually watched anime or movies to relax.šŸ˜Š
