After my grant was removed due to no update while sorting out details of the event before announcing I wanted to give me info on where I'm at with it all. 

I have reapplied to /flows for Live Music. The event is still going ahead and I've ordered a pair of Gobo lights which will arrive in the next few days. 

If the grant is approved I can continue the plan where I left off and project Noggles as part of the visual experience at the event. After that I can then look into getting the Neon Noggles sign created and following the plan detailed on the draft.
