Why keep the Tourism Promotion Fund if we already have the Kenya Tourism Board? Why not merge or scrap agencies like AFA, AFC, and ADC? Do we really need the Wildlife Research Institute or the Kenya Space Agency, or even separate bodies for coffee and tea? Streamlining might be the way forward.
