Ethereum’s total value locked (TVL) and real-world applications give it an edge in terms of utility, but Bitcoin’s store of value narrative remains powerful. The real question is whether institutions will value ETH’s utility over BTC’s scarcity. If Ethereum continues to burn tokens at a high rate and staking demand grows, a flippening is possible—but not guaranteed.
