If you’re not a definite optimist, you’ve got no chance in making it happen. 

Even if you’re a rational person, you have to be willing to suspend belief just enough to make the bet despite all the bad.

And then it’s just week of week progress and try not to die (mostly figuratively). For years.

That's the attitude. Stare down the freight train and permit it to pass over you and through you. Only you will remain, with hopefully a company, with everybody bewildered at how you're still standing.

Indeed! It’s pretty compelling when the price upside and the staking APY work together. You buy ETH at $1K, stake it for 3% APY, and when it reaches $3K your effective yield is 9%. Like an equity-bond hybrid

(Of course it rewards getting in early, or else the reverse math is true as well)
