Kinda feels like people need more reasons than just a meme (unless it’s something truly novel or super viral) to buy a token these days. So almost all tokens tokens with no background or greater intention for people to buy into just go to 0 soon after they launch. Larry forces you to make an effort to convince a few people to buy in for it to launch and I think that’s a bar that’s too high for most people on farcaster rn and I don’t think that’s a bad thing Going forward I think we’ll see the reemergence of whitepapers and ICO-type fundraises except with more interesting mechanics than 7 years ago

Token value requires substance, not just hype, to avoid crashing after launch. Need for effort to convince buyers is a good filter on farcaster. Expect resurgence of detailed fundraises with unique mechanics
