Most web3-native ideas are too early for the tech. However, I've realized that a lot of them can actually be done without web3. Caveat: They might not be fully-formed but value will still be delivered. Keen to experiment with some.

Here's the tradeoff: 1. With Web3 → Ideas can be fully-built. → UX issues will limit the no. of initial users. → Hard to prove product-market fit. 2. Without Web3 → Ideas start small. → More users are able to participate. → With P-M fit, you can go further using web3.

The sweet spot might be a hybrid solution. Use web3, but only as far as it doesn't impair UX and scalability. Otherwise, start with web2 and prove the idea works.
