i think this is why ‘warm intros’ feel like a massive opportunity to orchestrate with tech yet nebulous and human enough to largely stay how they are.

totally. if you boil it down a warm intro is basically a transference of trust. hard to do that with only tech. today at least. 

i expect we'll get one step closer with more social data, but then you add the additional complexity on top of trust of 'social capital' which also comes into play. 

interesting indeed
