need to calm my mind. i do wake up some days where too much is tangled up in my head. 

working from a cafe today to regain the calm, untangle what's on my mind, turn it around, and seize the day.

on days like this I try to write down all the threads in my mind (basically ram to disk)

then close all the tabs / hard restart everything.
