what if i did this what if that had happened i shouldn’t have i should have all these hypothetical thoughts in our mind dilute what matters to us, which is here and now. i say this but i too am a victim to all of those toxic questions at times. just striving to keep myself away from it

I think there can be a benefit to these if they're in service of helping you in the hear and now be prepared If if am in a similar situation What have I learned What would I do better Though absolutely the endless rumination is toxic
