so @dwr.eth has a good guiding principle around handling criticism. i can't find it, but: how losers share 'feedback': "that app will never work out. devs are fucking stupid" - nothing to learn. ill intended verbal attack how winners share 'feedback': "that app could simplify its core. idk what's happening in the home screen at a glance." - action item is very clear

Yes, but generally care most about what’s broken and why it’s painful. Proposed solution is usually only marginally helpful (faster horse)

I fall in a third category I think :) I’m this deformed UX designer that constantly wants to help ‘improve’ stuff without knowing the background story or goals. Probably both helpful and annoying at the same time I would guess.
