about to head to a cafe to cook some badass ideas in my head. feeling great after workout + sauna figuratively speaking, negative thoughts sip in through the cracks on our mind - the cracks expand the less we work out, the shittier we eat, the poorer sleep we get. entrepreneurship takes a lot of discipline because we must get the fundamentals right to leave no room for those cracks that pollute our mind.
